No. Evergreen Concierge Care complements—not replaces—home health, hospice, or physician care. We work alongside existing providers to enhance continuity, education, and safety.

We currently serve Pasco County and the greater Tampa Bay area in Florida.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Concierge nursing services are typically private-pay and not billed through insurance. This allows us to provide flexible, personalized care without restrictions. We are happy to discuss pricing during your consultation.

How often can nursing visits occur?

Visit frequency is customized based on each client’s needs and goals. Services may be provided weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed.

Do you help after hospital discharge?

Yes. Post-hospital recovery support is one of our core services. We help reduce readmissions by monitoring recovery, managing medications, and educating clients and families.

Will you communicate with my doctor?

With client consent, we collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, clear communication, and better health outcomes.
